payments on a daily basis. After posting is completed we will fax
a copy of the daily report to your office for review. After which
time we submit claims to the insurance companies by either
electronic or paper means. At the end of the month we send
statements to any patient with a balance due and we give you a
period report, which includes a month to date as well as year to
date summary of all charges, payments and adjustments. We also
give you an aging report for review.

A: We use MSI, Medical Systematics Inc., a HIPAA compliant
program. This is the program we have purchased to use and if
you decide to go with our system we do have the capability of
allowing you to dial in to our system to review your account.

A: We electronically bill whenever possible. We are able to bill
several insurance companies electronically including, but not
limited to: Medicare, Medi-Cal, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, etc.

Q: How often do you work the aging accounts?
A: Aging accounts are worked on a continual basis. Each month
you will be given a current status report on your aging and every
month we follow up on any outstanding claims we have.
